My office is located at 21 Fairmont Avenue in Poughkeepsie, New York. The office is just a few blocks away from Vassar College. There is a parking lot outside of the building as well as plenty of spaces on the road.

Yes, I’m happy to offer telehealth sessions as an option for anyone who prefers virtual therapy over coming into the office. I use an encrypted, HIPAA compliant video messaging platform for all sessions.

Yes, I’m happy to meet in my office for sessions for anyone who prefers therapy to be in-person.

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, so that I can answer questions you might have and you can decide if we might be a good fit. For a 45-minute individual therapy session, my fee is $250. I also offer extended sessions at an increased rate based on time.

For professional consultations, lectures, and/or trainings, please inquire for rates.

My services are private pay only. However, I can provide you with documentation for out-of-network reimbursement, if that is an option your health insurance policy offers.
